Artist Statement
Along with coaching, I offer empowering portraits for women. My work is driven by self-expression, emotion, and vulnerability. I find myself drawn to capturing the raw truths of the human experience—the moments that make the heart beat loud and fast. My art explores the complexity of self-awareness, embracing both the beauty and the folly of being human. Through my lens, I aim to tell stories of resilience, reflection, power, and authenticity.

How will your portraits empower YOU?

She has been calling you for a while now..

It’s time to Become HER and Stand In The Light..

Who is she?

The woman you have always dreamed of being. The one who speaks with UNWAVERING confidence walks into a room with a presence that captivates, and the woman who isn’t afraid to be all of HER.

You can feel her. She is within reach. You are ready to be HER.

You are ready to stop second guessing yourself. To take the leap, and to live your life fully aligned with your desires. But something keeps holding you back…

With over 18 years of professional photography experience, I have developed a strong connection toward photographing women. I believe far too many women struggle to see how truly beautiful they are in their own skin.

When was the last time you had photos taken of yourself? Senior photos in Highschool? Or mabe it was your wedding day? Throughout your life you may find yourself behind the camera quite a lot taking photos of others. Many women look back later in life and then realize they weren’t even IN many of those photos with their children or family members, much less have photos of themselves!

And that is a shame.

The essence of beauty is about being the best possible version of yourself inside and out. My mission is for ALL women to find their own unique beauty and confidence; to help you reconnect with yourself and be in awe of who YOU truly are. And to have it documented. I’m focused on changing how every woman sees herself; through confidence and love for yourself. And THAT is a gift to yourself.

The weight of old beliefs, the fear of failure, or maybe the voice in your head that whispers, “What if I am not enough?” Let me tell you this: you ARE enough. You always have been.

You will come away with beautiful artistic photos,..But, even more than beautiful photos, it is an experience of renewed self-love to carry with you. Are you ready to embrace (and document) your power?

  • "I enoyed one of the most beautiful, serene September nights at the beach this week with Jennifer Lee- who captured photos of me I’ll cherish forever.   It’s so important to love yourself, take time for you, and stand tall in a world that feels sometimes chaotic and dark. Jennifer is great at what she does, makes you feel so comfortable, and creates time that really feels so calm, peaceful, and special. I encourage you to book a session with her, you will be so happy you did!

  • "The photoshoot was one to remember! Jennifer was so full of grace and kindness. The last time I've had photos taken was over 10 years ago. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I was also quite nervous. The nerves quickly faded away as Jennifer helped make it comfortable and fun. During my 30 minute session, I was the most relaxed I've been in months! This photoshoot wasn't just fun and relaxing but very memorable. Remembering to take time for yourself is so important. Jennifer was so easy to work with , and I am already excited about our next (photo) shoot together!"

  • “Thank you, Jennifer, for allowing me the opportunity to participate in your Stand in the Light Series. After a tough pregnancy and first year postpartum, these photos are a beautiful reminder to turn to the light and tune into my own strength.”
